SYLLABUS FOR WRITTEN EXAMINATION/TEST | Written Examination comprising the following papers:Advocacy & Pleading Skills (100 Marks, Subjective + Objective)Constitutional & Administrative Law (100 Marks, Subjective + Objective)Civil Law (100 Marks, Subjective + Objective)Psychological Assessment + Viva Voce (100 Marks)Note: Candidates must obtain 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in the aggregate to qualify for the interview. Additionally, candidates must secure 50% marks in the interview to be eligible for the final merit list. Only three (03) chances are allowed to appear in the examination of Assistant District Attorney (BS-17). (Detailed syllabus can be seen/downloaded from the PPSC’s website www.ppsc.gop.pk) |
ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS | The experience of active practice after being enrolled as an advocate by the Punjab Bar Council.Serving Civil Servants are not eligible. |
IMPORTANT DATES | The cut-off date to determine age shall be the 1st January 2023. All other conditions for eligibility will be determined on or before the closing date for receipt of the application. Candidates will produce original certificates at the time of Psychological Assessment and Interview to authenticate their claim in the application form. |
