| QUALIFICATION | ||
| – Ph.D. in Project Management. | ||
| – Individual with Public Private Partnership Project Management domain will be preferred. | ||
| – Must have knowledge and expertise in project management principles/processes as per PMBOK. | ||
| – Individual must have knowledge of Product Life Cycle Management (PLM). | ||
| – Individual must have knowledge and experience of Human Resource Management. | ||
| – Individual must have requisite knowledge of Project Performance Measurement and Management. | ||
| – Individual must have expertise in IT skills to monitor Project Progress e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc. | ||
| – Individual must have research experience with a minimum of five international publications. | ||
| EXPERIENCE | Candidate with requisite experience in the following fields will be preferred | |
| – Individual with Defence production industry work experience. | ||
| – Individual must have experience working in an international collaboration environment. | ||
