| Experience | At least ten (10) years of documentary verifiable experience in procurement of goods, works, & consulting services. Experience of successfully completing procurement at the national/international level. Familiarity with procurement policies, regulations, guidelines, and anticorruption policies of public/private sector at national/international level. Conversant/knowledgeable in using various IT tools for procurement management. |
| How to Apply | Interested individual consultants must provide: A letter of Expression of InterestA detailed, dated and signed Curriculum VitaeDuly filled and signed “Expression of Interest Form (Individual Consultants)” as enclosed with the TORs. |
| Selection Method | Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised November 2017 and August 2018. |
