| Other Skills / Expertise / Knowledge Required | – Good knowledge of banking products – Goal-oriented and result-driven – Ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks – Ability to effectively handle delinquent customers |
| Outline of Main Duties / Responsibilities | – Allocate accounts to collection officers and agencies – Monitor collector productivity and performance on a monthly basis and share with Collections Manager – Maintain records of write-off proposals – Coordinate with the collections team for field visits to verify mailing addresses – Arrange timely dispatch of dunning for all products, maintain logs of returned mails – Prepare collection and recovery incentives on a monthly basis – Ensure SMS dunning is sent to customers per the collection procedure manual – Resolve escalated complaints and handle PRU/CMU-assigned queries – Issue warning letters to Branch Managers for delays in auctioning Gold in DF Gold and Agri Gold cases – Assign targets to collection officers and external agencies and monitor external agency performance – Undertake additional assignments as directed by supervisors |
