| Qualification & Experience | – B.Sc. (Civil) Engg with at least 15 years experience in Land Acquisition & Resettlement of Mega Projects – OR Retired GB Govt. Officer of Revenue Department with at least 15 years’ experience of Land Acquisition & Resettlement |
| Preferable Skills | – Adequate knowledge of Land Acquisition Act of 1894 and other relevant acts. – Well conversant with procedure of leasing of land – Ability to analyze and calculate the crop compensation – Expertise in preparation of assessment of damaged buildings |
| Tenure | Contract basis for 01 year, extendable based on organizational/project needs and individual’s performance |
| Mandate/Charter of Duties | – Assist Project authorities in all land acquisition and resettlement matters. – Handle land acquisition, land occupation/compensation issues. – Liaison with land acquisition collector for timely land acquisition. – Scrutinize/verify award and compensation papers prepared by LAC office. – Prepare Section-4 papers & recommendations as a land expert. – Scrutinize and recommend land requirements as per tender documents |
