| Job Description | 1. Standard Scheme of Riphah Mentoring: a) Design and development of the scheme b) Design & development of the tools (manuals, forms, formats, reading material, etc.) c) Design & development of the qualitative assessment and evaluation of the scheme in departments d) Ensure implementation and smooth execution of the standard scheme e) Execute qualitative assessment & evaluation in departments f) Liaison with the Campus Tarbiyah Managers/Heads and the Tarbiyah Managers to ensure the effective and efficient execution of Mentoring Sessions in departments/faculty 2. Design and Develop the Modular Training for the mentors as per requirements of the Standard Scheme of Riphah Mentoring. 3. Design & develop character-building and life skills (interactive and hands-on) training for the students. 4. Supervise the Riphah Quran Society Activities 5. Train Mentors and students as a Resource Person 6. Execute the quarterly meeting of the Tarbiyah Managers’ Coordination Council as Convenor 7. Design, Develop, and Implement the Tarbiyah Projects. |
