Position Title | Residence Manager |
Location | Residence of the United States Ambassador to Pakistan |
Job Responsibilities | – Oversee operations to ensure property is in optimal condition – Manage and assess the performance of eight (8) staff – Prepare and manage budgets – Account for staff time – Produce event plans – Ensure smooth running of the Ambassador’s residence |

Required Qualifications | – Completion of Higher School Certification (12 years of education) – 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least four in a management role or as a concierge, preferably with foreign missions – Four (4) years of supervisory experience – Knowledgeable of event planning and team management – Good working knowledge of spoken and written English – Proficient in Word and Excel – Strong project management skills – Experience with inventory strategies – Proficient in managing time-sensitive deadlines – Ability to effectively engage with outside business contacts to achieve goals – Excellent accounting skills and ability to handle multiple budgets and large cash accounts |
