| Key Responsibilities | – Lead the Legal Affairs Department to safeguard the Bank from foreseeable legal risks. – Provide effective legal advice on corporate matters and business issues. – Review and edit complex commercial agreements. – Devise strategies to minimize litigation cases and monitor ongoing litigation to protect the Bank’s interests. – Ensure the Bank operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. |
