| Relevant Experience | – Bachelor’s degree/Masters (equivalent to 16 years) with at least 15 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a public/private organization of good repute, including 10 years of experience in: – Project design – Execution/management – Project documentation – Commodity and materials procurement – Consultant and contractor supervision – Preparation of periodic and other reports – M.Sc/MS/M.Phil (equivalent to 18 years) with at least 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience in a public/private organization of good repute, including 7 years of experience in: – Project design – Execution/management – Project documentation – Commodity and materials procurement – Consultant and contractor supervision – Preparation of periodic and other reports |
| Required Skills | Candidates should be well-versed in: – PEC, PPRA, BPPRA, Planning Commission – Finance, Project Management – Government rules/procedures for implementation of development projects |
| Application Requirements | – One set of all documents including application form, copies of degrees, result cards, transcripts, certificates, and experience certificates along with recent passport-sized photographs – Certificates from employers must support the statement of experience – Accompanied by bank draft or banker’s cheque of Rs.3,000/- (non-refundable) in favor of the University of Gwadar – Candidates already in service of a govt./semi-govt. department or an autonomous body must apply through the proper channel |
