| – Complete the application form with personal information, educational details, attach attested copies of certificates, testimonials, CNIC, and two colored photographs. | ||
| – Submit the application to the Office of Deputy Registrar (R) at University of Health Sciences, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore by post or in-person during working hours. | ||
| – IMPORTANT: | ||
| 1) Registrar shall be appointed in accordance with UHS Ordinance, 2002. | ||
| 2) Preference will be given to those having experience in reputable medical institutions/universities. | ||
| 3) Applicants with foreign qualifications must submit equivalence certificates issued by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan or Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC). | ||
| 4) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. | ||
| 5) No TA/DA shall be admissible. | ||
| 6) Appointment is subject to Police Verification, references, educational, and professional checks. | ||
