| Universal Service Fund, a leading IT and Telecommunications organization working under section 42 of the Companies Act 2017, (previously Companies Ordinance 1984) is looking for dynamic and highly motivated professionals for the following role: | |
| CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (01) | |
| – Must qualify Fit and Proper criteria for appointment as Chief Executive of a Public Sector Company as defined in the State-owned Enterprise Act 2023, and applicable rules, guidelines, and procedures including competence capability, personal and financial integrity. | |
| – Must have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience with at least 5 Years in senior management/leadership role (CEO-1 level) in ICT/Telecom Sector with well-reputed organizations. | |
| – Must have a master’s degree or above in Engineering in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics, Computers Sciences, or Business Administration. The degree(s) accomplished will be from a national or international university/institute accredited by HEC. Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration is a must (in the case of an Engineering degree). | |
| – Must be self-motivated, growth mindset oriented, initiator, and coachable. | |
| – Must have strong people, business, operational, and financial acumen. | |
| – The maximum age limit at the time of advertisement is 57 years. | |
| The selected candidate will be offered a three-year performance-based contract, and this position is based in Islamabad. The age of superannuation is 60 Years (as per the Company’s policy). | |
