| Qualifications and Experience | Senior General Manager (Human Resource Management Services) – MBA degree, preferably in HR – At least 17 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role – Strong experience in developing policies including D&I, HSE, workplace harassment, and succession planning General Manager (Procurement and Inventory Management) – Engineering or Management Graduate with 16 years of education – 17 years of post-qualification experience in a senior management leadership role – Experience in asset-based fields and services, procurement cycles, cost management, and digitalization of processes General Manager (Meter Manufacturing Plant) – Engineering Graduate – Experience in leading a manufacturing plant with supply chain management – Focus on acquiring and sustaining business for profit generation General Manager (Counter Gas Theft Operations) – Preferably a senior ex-armed forces officer – Bachelor’s degree – Experience in counter gas theft operations and coordination with Security Services |
