| Duties and Responsibilities | – Install, configure, and maintain hardware systems, including computers, servers, storage devices, printers, scanners, LAN and WiFi networks, portable and mobile devices, communication and meeting equipment, and ancillary facilities (UPS, power conditioning, backup systems, etc.) at the EPRC – Install, configure, and maintain software systems, including operating systems, application software, energy modeling and databases, web portals, cloud-based services, accounting and MIS software, internet/email applications, virus protection, security, and data backup |
