| Position Overview | PSM is seeking a driven leader to oversee the company’s renewal process after its closure in 2015. The CEO will be responsible for protecting and managing the company’s assets, obtaining financial support, operating the mill, and facilitating investment and management operations. |

| Qualifications and Experience | – Master’s Degree in Management, Public Administration, Business, or Strategic Studies. – Aggregate experience of 25 years, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior management position in a large-scale public or private organization. – Maximum age of 62 years at the time of application. – Proven leadership experience in managing a large industrial enterprise. – Broad understanding of public policy challenges and priorities. – Knowledge of retrenchment processes and labor laws. |
