| Criteria for Regular / Contract Appointment | – PhD degree in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution. – 18 years of teaching/research experience or professional experience in a National or International organization. – OR, 12 years post-PhD teaching/research experience or professional experience. – 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC-recognized journals. |
| Criteria for Appointment on Tenure Track System (TTS) | – PhD from an HEC-recognized institution. – 11 years post-PhD experience, or 7 years post-PhD with 12 years of pre-PhD experience in teaching/research. – 15 research publications with at least 5 publications in the past 5 years in internationally abstracted journals recognized by HEC. |
