| Duties and Responsibilities | – Overall responsible for project implementation – Review of Design Specifications, Estimation, Bidding Documents, etc. – Construction Management – Preparation of project budget – Contract Administration of Construction and consultancy Contracts – Monitor and maintain quality and safety standards – Representing Client at different forums – Coordination with Project stakeholders – Preparation of Project progress briefs, reports, etc. |

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the Test/Interview. Only short-listed candidates will be called. Those working in Public Sector Departments/Organizations should send their application through proper channel. All actions should be forwarded through Post Office or any Courier Service. No application will be accepted “BY HAND.” The Capital Development Authority reserves the right to cancel any application without assigning any reason thereof. |
