| Job Role/Responsibilities | – Women Supporting Women Using Local Solutions to Improve Infant and Young Child Feeding and Care Practices in District Rahim Yar Khan (RYK). The design of the menus will be informed by World Vision’s community-based model of positive deviant-hearth programs. Hearth refers to the place within a house where food is cooked and served. The study needs to share these positive practices with caregivers of malnourished children in RYK using practical lessons called Hearth Sessions. |
| Eligibility Criteria/Requirements | – Punjab is a five-year project from 2022-26. – The purpose of this study is to rehabilitate moderately malnourished children 7-23 months of age and enable mothers to sustain this healthy growth at home by changing their infant and young child feeding (IYCF), care, hygiene, and health-seeking behaviors. – Using formative research, the study team has identified what positive deviant families are doing differently in their feeding, hygiene, caring, and health-seeking practices in RYK. |
| Project Information | – Field experience in implementing healthy feeding practices in households. – Master’s degree in Nutrition or a relevant field. – At least 5 years of experience in designing and implementing child complementary feeding programs. |
