| Qualification & Experience: | |
| Director (Sales & Marketing) | – BSc/BE (Mech/Metallurgy) from HEC recognized university with valid PEC registration. – Minimum 18 years post-qualification experience in engineering setup as Head of Business Development. – Proven track record of Business Development/Marketing of steel/engineering products particularly in Sugar, Cement, O&G, Fertilizers, Chemicals industry. – MBA Marketing with experience of dealing with public and private sector clients preferred. |
| General Manager (Hydro Power Projects) | – Minimum B.E (Mechanical / Metallurgy/ Electrical) or related disciplines. – 10 years of post-qualification experience of Planning, Scheduling, and Execution of HPPs at senior level in Gilgit Baltistan / AJK. |
| Sr. Manager/Manager (Mechanical) | – Minimum B.E/ BSc (Mechanical Engineering). – 10 years post-qualification practical experience in Fabrication, Machining of high-capacity projects (Steel Structures, Sugar Mills, Sugar Spares, Cement, O&G etc.). – Work experience in the engineering industry preferred. |
| Sr. Manager/Manager (Design) | – Minimum B.E (Mechanical/Metallurgy/ Electrical). – 10 years post-qualification relevant experience of engineering design. – Hands-on design experience of Steel Structures, Plant & Machinery. – Expertise in relevant design software. |
| Sr. Manager/Manager (Foundry & Forge) | – Minimum B.E/BSc (Metallurgy) or related disciplines. – 10 years of post-qualification practical experience of Steel Foundry, Machining, Forging, Casting for heavy engineering industry (Sugar, Cement, Oil & Gas, Power Plants, etc.). – Work experience in work scheduling and engineering industry project management preferred. |
| Sr. Manager/Manager (Production Planning & Control) | – Minimum B.E (Mechanical / Metallurgy/ Electrical) or related disciplines. – 15 years of post-qualification practical experience of Production Planning, Project Management, Scheduling, and Job Ordering. – Work experience in the engineering industry preferred. |
