| CAREER OPPORTUNITY | Ujala School is a project of the Ujala Education Foundation (UEF), a registered non-profit organisation in Pakistan. Ujala School provides quality education to underprivileged students living in rural areas of Tersil Sohawa, District Jhelum, Punjab Province. We focus on building students’ character and personality traits and empowering them to become responsible and contributing members of society. |

| Responsibilities | – Provide strategic leadership to the school and oversee its day-to-day operations and strategic planning for improving school performance. – Ensure that the school adheres to its mission, vision, and values. – Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement of the school’s educational programs and curriculum. – Manage the school’s budget, finances, and resources effectively and efficiently. – Creating and implementing policies and procedures that promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students. – Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation about the school and its operations. – Establish and maintain relationships with parents, stakeholders, and the wider community to promote the school’s mission and vision. |
| Requirements | – A Master’s in Education or Social Sciences. – At least 10 years of experience in a leadership role in a school or an educational institution. – More than five years of teaching experience at the junior or senior school level. – Less than 50 years of age. – Willing to stay in Tehsil Sohawa. – Possess management, mentoring, and motivating skills to manage resources effectively and efficiently. – Have a grip on Government Text Books, Syllabus, and Work Exercises. – Excellent English and Urdu communication, interpersonal, and management skills. |

| Selection Process | The procedure will follow several steps, including written tests and interviews. The dates shall be announced to shortlisted candidates early. Due to the volume of applications, UEF regrets that it cannot inform all applicants of their employment eligibility. UEF will inform shortlisted candidates only. No allowances will be paid for travel during the recruitment process. UEF holds the right to select any candidate at its discretion or may also cancel the process without making any hiring without any liability. |
