| Procurement Experience | – Candidates with experience in procurement of goods and services from reputed firms recognized by HEC will be given preference |
| – 3 years of relevant experience in procurement of works and heads | |
| Other Required Skills | – Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, social impact assessments, and environmental studies |
| IT and Technical Skills | – Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from an HEC recognized institution |
| – Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant IT roles | |
| Additional Skills | – Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in similar roles from recognized institutions |
