- Start by visiting the FIA website and filling out the registration form.
- The registration form has three main sections: Personal Information, Set Login Credentials, and Code Verification.
- In the “Personal Information” section, provide your Name, Father’s Name, CNIC (National ID), and Cell Number.
- Enter a valid email address in the “Set Login Credentials” section (avoid using Yahoo email). Create and confirm a login password. Ensure your password includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, at least one special symbol, and digits.
- Enter the code displayed for security purposes.
- Click the “Submit” button to complete your registration. You’ll then be directed to a login page.
- Log in using the credentials you provided during registration.
- Verify the security code before logging in.
- Click “Submit.” After successful login, you’ll be taken to your profile page.
- The applicant profile page has different tabs: Basic Information, Upload Profile Picture, Education, and Apply Online.
- In the “Basic Information” tab, you’ll find sub-sections for Basic Information, Other Information, Addresses, and Security Clearance.
- Your registration information will be displayed in the “Basic Information” section.
- In the “Other Information” section, enter details like Gender, Religion, Date of Birth (DOB), Age Relaxation Claimed, and indicate Disability status (if applicable). If you’re within the age limit, select “No Claim.” If you’re claiming age relaxation beyond the general limit, choose the appropriate category and be prepared to justify the interview. If you have a disability, specify the nature of your disability and be ready to provide a disability report as evidence during the interview. Note that you can’t change test centers.
- Complete the “Addresses” section by providing your full address, including the police station district.
- Check the “Declarations” box to save and update your profile.
- After clicking “Save and Proceed,” you’ll see a “Save” confirmation message.
- Use the second tab, “Upload Profile Picture,” to upload a recent passport-sized photograph following the provided instructions. Select your picture using the “Browse” button and then click “Upload.” You’ll receive a confirmation message once your picture is successfully uploaded.
- Utilize the third tab, “Education,” to input your education details before applying for any job post. Remember that you can’t apply without uploading a photograph and providing your education record.
- Post details will be displayed based on the education details you’ve provided.
- Select “Apply Online” to apply for a specific job post.
- Once your application is reviewed, shortlisted candidates will be assigned a test date. You can download your registration slip through the portal using your CNIC.
